This project comprised three buildings; the new build of Cheltenham Art Gallery, the refurbishment of the public
library and the refurbishment of existing services to No.51 building.
The Art Gallery comprises 500m2 of exhibition space plus storage, workshop facilities and an education and
outreach room, café and kitchen.
MEP Engineering Solutions Ltd were appointed by the Main Contractor to assist with delivery of the M&E systems including monitoring and quality control of on-site installations, testing, commissioning and final handover.
