Wapping Wharf is the new harbourside quarter in the heart of Bristol. It features over 600 new homes, independent shops, restaurants and cafes, and office space.
Based on land that was previously derelict, this project includes an eclectic mix of residential and commercial contemporary buildings together with the innovative development, Cargo – an area made entirely from converted shipping containers.
MEP Engineering Solutions were appointed to undertake services design duties for the development infrastructure and shell and core areas. Each cargo unit was designed with a 'Shell' services provision that allowed each tenant to extend and fit out each cargo unit without disruption to other units or development operation.
