This new build development provides 95,000sqft Grade A Office building located on the Counterslip frontage of the Finzels Reach development. The building comprises of a basement level with ground plus five upper levels of accommodation, all capable of flexible sub-division, and including a landscaped rooftop terrace. Designed and certified to meet BREEAM Outstanding and LEED Gold standards, the proposals include extensive cyclist facilities as well as incorporation of high thermal and daylighting performance plus renewable technologies in the form of roof level PV installations.
MEP Engineering Solutions Ltd were appointed by the services contractor to undertake detailed design duties.
