This project comprised a new purpose built 88 bed care home consisting of a 66 bedroom dementia nursing home and 12 assisted living units.
The care home is split across 2 and 3 storey building with secure landscaped gardens designed specifically for residents with dementia.
The building also provide numerous supports areas including, communal dining areas, hairdresser, resident lounges, activity rooms and cafe area
MEP Engineering Solutions Ltd were appointed by the services contractor to undertake detailed design duties
