This Development comprised the demolition and site clearance of the entire site, and the design and construction of a new 76 bed care home facility, together with associated circulation areas, car parking, footpaths, drainage and landscaping.
Within the care home every wing and floor is arranged as small independent living unit specifically designed to optimise staffing levels to meet each of the resident’s individual needs and demands.
MEP Engineering Solutions Ltd were appointed by the services contractor to undertake detailed design duties
